PUMA is MCAT’s official CAMA software solution developed as a cooperative effort between counties. This exciting approach leverages existing partnerships with all major industry utilities, including APEX Sketch, Marshall and Swift, ESRI-based GIS, NCSS, and SPSS statistical solutions. PUMA will be available on Microsoft SQL platform and provides a low, or possibly zero-cost CAMA solution to many counties within the state of Utah.
